  • Blackwater employee Jeremy Ridgeway acknolwedged that he did not act reasonably when firing, together with his co-workers, upon Iraqis who "did not exhbit any indicia of [an] attacker as provided in the Missions Firearms Policy," and used deadly force when he could have used "other safe alternatives to the use of deadly force" against Iraqis in Baghdad rather than opening fire against them on September 16, 2007.
