    The indictment of Ali Saleh Kahlah al-Marri, a Qatari student who was previously held as an enemy combatant pursuant to an Executive Order signed by former President George W. Bush.

    The charges allege that from September 10, 2001 through December 12, 2001, al-Marri provided material support to the al Qaeda terrorist group.
