Charges include allegations of unlawful procurement of citizenship by giving false answers during an immigration and naturalization interview about his memberhsip in or affiliation with various organizations, including a terrorist group, and concealed from immigration authorities that, prior to filing his citizenship application, he "incited, assisted, or otherwise participated in the persecution" of Jews and others by advocating and/or supporting terrorist attacks against Jews and others, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1425
