Pension drops lawsuit against ACS over Xerox buy
NORWALK, Conn. (AP) - Xerox Corp. said Monday that a pension fund has dropped a lawsuit over provisions in the copier company's purchase of Affiliated Computer Services Inc. that would have made it tough for a better buyout offer to succeed.

Delaware offering assistance to Valero employees
DELAWARE CITY, Del. (AP) - State officials are helping people who are losing their jobs at the Delaware City Valero plant get information about training for new jobs and other benefits available to them.
